About rewires
Full or partial — planned around your home
Old cabling, too few sockets or a renovation are common reasons to rewire. A full rewire replaces the wiring throughout; a partial rewire covers only the rooms or circuits that need it.
We look at the existing installation and agree socket, switch and light positions with you before we quote. Lived-in and furnished homes take more care and time, and the work is planned room by room.
Pricing is per point — £100 for each socket, switch, light, fan, alarm or isolator — with a consumer unit from £600, plus 30% if the property is furnished or lived in. Anything not included is made clear in your written quote.

Full or partial — which do I need?
It depends on the condition of the existing wiring and what you want to change. We'll talk it through and confirm when we assess the property.
Can I stay in the house?
Often yes, with some disruption. We'll talk through how the work will be planned when we quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the house and access. We'll give you a timescale with your quote.
Is plastering or decorating included?
