We price rewires per point, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. A point is any socket, switch, light, alarm, fan or isolator.
Our prices
- £100 per point, for any item
- Consumer unit from £600
- Add 30% to the total if the house is furnished or lived in
- Prices are for standard white plastic fittings
A worked example
An empty house with 34 points and a new consumer unit comes to 34 × £100 + £600 = £4,000. If the family is living there, add 30%: £5,200.
